Occasionally, vacant positions come up on the SHE Board (formerly the Management Collective). The Board is responsible for the effective governance of the organisation including legal responsibilities outlined in its Constitution.  Governance includes establishing overall long and short term goals, objectives and priorities for SHE in meeting the needs of the community. 

Board members are appointed through expressions of interest and must give notice prior to the Annual General Meeting as to whether or not they intend to continue their membership of the Collective.  

Meetings are generally held at 5.30pm on the third Thursday of every month at the SHE premises and typically last under 2 hours.
